CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Full-time, experienced Project Manager position with benefits. Candidate must possess an Associates Degree in Project Management and 3+ years of field experience. The position requires the following responsibilities:
• Review and design plans for storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and watermains.
• Review of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Developments.
• Preparation of engineering plans, specifications, and estimates for utility improvements projects.
• Construction Observation, Construction/Field Scheduling and calculating field quantities.
• Preparation of Pay Requests, Letter of Credit (LOC) reductions, and Change Orders.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills required.
